Customer Support Agent

In this pivotal role, you'll represent our clients' brands, addressing their customers' queries and resolving challenges.

Job Description & Responsibilities:


  • Communication with customers through live chat and e-mails.
  • Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customers’ issues and queries.
  • Keeping up to date with products terms, offers and functions.
  • Report and escalate advanced customer queries to the relevant departments.
  • Perform first-step investigations on queries and issues.
  • 3 shift based role (Monday-Friday).


Experience and qualifications:


  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Computer literacy & good typing skills.
  • Previous customer support experience will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
