Job description:
Oversee the sustained communication, satisfaction, and retention of all designated VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Consistently engage with current, prospective, and past VIP clients through phone and email ensuring they remain informed and valued.
Cultivate and sustain outstanding relationships with our clients high-value clientele, emphasizing personalized attention and service.
Contribute insightful recommendations and feedback towards shaping the company's evolving VIP engagement and service strategies.
Generate comprehensive reports detailing the activities, feedback, and preferences of VIP clients, providing actionable insights for operational levels.
Scrutinize the activities of high-value clients, pinpointing opportunities to augment revenue generation and enhance their experience
Collaboratively plan and execute tailored VIP campaigns with the marketing team, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
Work closely with the development and management teams to refine and expand our existing VIP platform and CRM system, ensuring it remains cutting-edge and client-centric.
